As you know I don’t eat much at the moment, but today I’ve allowed myself to have a little food. It was just inspired from what I’ve got in the kitchen and what I like.
Butter/Oil for frying
Plenty of onions (cut in half and in thin slices)
1 appel pr. every 2 onion (in thin pieces)
Boiled rice as you like
and boiled chickpeas
2 tabelspoons curry powder
1-2 teaspoons ginger powder
Salt to taste
Fry the curry powder and ginger powder and add the onions and appels and fry at low heat until soft, rice and chickpeas are added and well heated and mixed well with the curry.
You can add more vegetables such as green peper, garlic, squash etc. Just jump into it – a good and cheap dish that is brilliant with any kind of meat, fish or poultry too. Bon Appetit.
