I have a little tip, when you are trying to loose some weight. Make a big bowl of vegetable soup (especially nice now when it’s cold) and then you have that to eat from, when you feel like something. You have to make it with vegetables that dosen’t cost you pointsJ(Weightwatchers), but that’s more or less all of them. You can use the ones you like. Today I just used what was in the house – onions and white cabbage. It keeps you warm, is filling and healthy and dosen’t cost you! Today I’ve been spot on with the points as well! I can’t wait to “be myself” again!!
